 We shop around to get you the price for shipping even though we ship freight collect. Different companies has areas they cover or the size of load they carry may change the price. If you have a courier that you wish to use that's fine with us.

Damages in Shipping

Please inspect product at time of delivery, If the product is damaged make a report with the courier at that time. The trucking companies have insurance against damaged goods. Take delivery of product and call Magic Signs, If the damage part or parts are independent from the main structure it will sent to you very quickly.

Most products will be shipped  freight collect unless you request another option.

All products must be signed for at the receivers end. Even if the product is completely destroyed, It will be replaced at no further cost to you.
